$80/hour, 2 hour minimum per visit.

Charge by 30 min. increments after 2 hours.

Small jobs may be quoted, dependent upon the extent of the work. We will talk through the scope of your project and then provide you with a thoughtful, custom quote.

Common Repairs

Door and cabinetry adjustment. Plumbing fixes. Basic electrical work. Installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures. Drywall repair. Exterior trim, deck and fence repair. Hardware replacement, etc.

Honey-do lists

Furniture assembly. Wall hanging (e.g. art, mirrors, TVs). Window treatment installation. Filter replacement etc.

Small jobs

Trim work. Small scope demolition. Wall framing. Built-in shelving, etc.
